Leadership Experience ...

Daphne Schneider brings over thirty years of leadership experience Daphne Schneider and technical expertise to her clients. She has been a senior human resources manager, an operations division leader, a consultant and an investigator for a wide variety of businesses and organizations. In all of these settings she has applied her extensive analytical, interpersonal and technical skills, and demonstrated her ability to gain enthusiastic participation and commitment from all levels of staff and management.

 

Educational Experience ...

With a Master of Science degree in Organization Development, Daphne has served as adjunct professor with Seattle Pacific University and Western Washington University, as well as consulting with community colleges and the University of Washington. Daphne R. Schneider and Associates is a Licensed Private Investigative Agency, investigating workplace harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment and misconduct issues. Daphne also serves her clients as an organization development consultant, working with staff on teambuilding, communication, conflict issues, assisting organizations with change efforts, facilitating planning processes, meetings and retreats, and providing a variety of training programs.

 

Community Experience ...

As part of her commitment to the community, Daphne is a member of the Board of Directors of the Redmond, Washington Chamber of Commerce and the Eastside Retirement Association (Emerald Heights Retirement Community) in Redmond. She was formerly president of the boards of the Western Region International Personnel Management Association and the Center for Human Services (Shoreline, Washington), and a board member of the Eastside Heritage Center (Bellevue, Washington). She is also a member of the Organization Development Network, the Washington Association of Legal Investigators, and Phi Delta Kappa International (a professional education association).
